We completely gut renovated an eighteen-story, pre-war building into a contemporary structure with updated finishes all the while maintaining the building’s classic charm. The lobby and common areas were also remodeled, and all of the services were upgraded.

Located on the Upper West Side, one of Manhattan’s most-upscale and quaint neighborhoods, the building sits steps from Central Park, the City’s greatest amenity. The overall repositioning of the asset resulted in an increase in rents by over 25%.
