Feldco purchased 25 acres of raw dirt in Newington, Connecticut and turned it into a vibrant shopping center along central Connecticut’s main retail thoroughfare, Route 15 (Berlin Turnpike). Originally leased to Caldor and Toys R Us, the property later became the home of Stew Leonards. Newington is an upscale, bedroom community to the capital city of Hartford, and Stew Leonard’s thrives in this location.
